Dr Julie Khuoc always performed at the top level in science during school and loved working with her hands, while thoroughly enjoying arts and crafts. Julie chose dentistry as a career as she loved the idea of combining these aspects while working in the health industry. The thought of being able to improve someone’s life through their health was empowering.
Julie graduated from The University of Adelaide in 2003 on the Dean’s Honours List for academic achievement. She also received The Dental Advancement Society Award for General Dental Practice for the student attaining the highest standard in clinical standard in GDP, and was awarded the AM Horsnell Scholarship.
Julie is committed to providing gentle dental care and is sought after for this reason. Her commitment to excellence also ensures high quality work for her patients. She has been the co principal dentist of The Smile Team since 2007.
Julie is a current member of the Australian Dental Association, The International Team for Implantology, and has been accredited by The Australian Society of Implant Dentists. In recent years Julie has also been a member of the Australian Society of Endodontics.
